PUBLIC RESPONDS. NEED REMAINS: A need remains for donors with types O negative, A negative and B negative. Now more than ever, it is important that we work together to ensure all area blood drives are successful.

By following a few recommendations before, during and after your blood donation can help you make your donation experience as safe, successful and pleasant as possible.

YOUR SINGLE DONATION CAN SAVE UP TO 3 LIVES

Your blood will be separated into its components—red blood cells, platelets and plasma—and be sent to area hospitals to help patients with different needs.  Blood is needed for traumas, heart surgeries, joint replacements, organ transplants, premature babies, leukemia, other cancer patients and much more.

Please allow an hour for your blood donation and remember to bring your donor card or photo ID with you!
